What Causes Palpitations,lethargy And Headaches?
hi,i've been feeling really tired alot lately and i get a sickley feeling and i get headaches and ive got pains around my back stomach and boobs and sometimes my pulse and heart beat goes weird an irregular and i feel hot most of the time but other times i get cold and shakey

You may be suffering from anxiety neurosis or chronic fatigue syndrome. Avoid caffeinated drinks, avoid smoking and alcohol.
Do yoga and meditation regularly. If symptoms not improved please consult your Cardiologist/ physician they will take ECG and treat you accordingly.
