What Causes Partial Eyelid Swelling?
my eyelid hurt a little bit two mornings ago. By that night it was slightly swelled up. Yesterday it was very poofy when i woke up. I tried to put ice on it and i thought it was helping but then it swelled back up. Later on in the afternoon i put a warm washcloth on it Which didnt help much. Then last night it got so swelled up it was more then half shut. And today it isnt as swelled as last night but it still is pretty poofy. So now my right eyelid is not swelled on one side but on the other side it is swelled up and feels as if there is a lump in it. Any idea what is wrong or when this will go away?

It was puffy but you have not mentioned about pain. it can be sty or chalazionSty will be infection of hair route in this case it is eye lash. painful with localized swelling. treatment is appellation of eye lash. with this pain and swelling will sub side. chalazion is obstructed gland. only treatment is minor surgery of incision and scooping.
