What Causes Passage Of Bloody Mucus From Anus?

Hi,I'm 22 I'm 5'7 and way about 115, I felt like I was going to have diahrrea but I just passed gas a lot..and it came out looking like mucus (I don't know if that's a good discription) but the color of poop mixed with blood, I can't be on my period because I had just gotten off it not but 2weeks ago, is this something i need to worry about?
