Hi I m on day two of my period I was experiencing bad cramping early today and a couple of hours later I went to the restroom and a big skin like thing came of of my vagina I don t know what it could be I been reading and some say it s normal like a lining that should desolve into blood?? Or a miscarriage? I have had pain in my breast I don t know if that has to do with it too but I m scared please help
