What Causes Passing Of Urine With Extreme Hot Temperature?

20,5.3,f,i am experiencing increased hotness and hot urination with temprature ranging from 99-100 degree celsius since 4 months and suffering from loose motion since 1 month and have increased ers of 47 and epithelial cell 0-2/HPF in urine and have acidic reaction,my loose motion are in control since 2 days,plz tell me your dignosis

Either ur intake of water is inadequate or or u r suffering from urinary tract infection. How abt pus cells in ur urine routine or urine culture report. Treat infection with appropriate antibiotics.
Get ultrasound KUB done to look for any pathology in KUB region like stone disease.
Increase daily fluid intake to 3-4 litres.
U can take alkalizer like Syp K-Cit 2 tsf thrice daily to correct acidic reaction in ur urine.
Above measures should help.
