Hi, the past couple months I ve noticed patches of dry skin with small bumps that look like small pimples. I first noticed a spot on my right shoulder and then another spot on left upper arm. The next spot I noticed was on my neck just under my jaw line. It seems to have spread and I now has small spots on face, back, mad larger spots on neck. I haven t changed any make up or cleanser etc... I wasn t concerned when it was just on my shoulder but am now worried. You can see it up close and can definitely feel the dry scaly skin when you rub your hand over it. Plus the small bumps that look like white heads are driving me crazy!!! As far as my age, I will be 40 this year and up until recently have always had a good clear complexion. Any ideas???
