Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
From the description it seems like you are having eczema. The diagnosis can only be confirmed after seeing the lesions. In such cases, usually a mild moisturiser like cetaphil moisturiser and steroid cream application like fluticasone helps. So you may try these for few days. However if no response is seen, please meet a dermatologist nearby.
Take care
