Hi both my patellas sublux now my right shoulder is subluxing too, do I have a weak ligament disorder? In genes ? What can I do? I'm 36 I've have realignment procedures on both my knees but I want to stop my shoulder getting worse!! Please help. Matty.
Hello matty, yes it looks to me that you are having a ligament disorder and that is why your joints are dislocating. I would suggest you to take a MRI of the shoulder. if dislocation is because of any ligament damage then help can be done but if it due to ligament weakness then You will need physiotherapy as surgery will not going to help you.
