Painless lumps under the skin are usually benign soft tissues lesions. It can be a lipoma or sebaceous cyst. Lipoma is soft, rounded and can appear in many areas under the skin. Sebaceus cyst is harder than lipoma and can get painful when infected. The best way to find out what it is, is to have an ultrasound of this areas. Both lesions can be removed with small incisions.
Hope this will help. Regards.
