I am a 65 yo woman. I have pale skin and blue eyes. I have never been particularly hairy and what I did have was almost white. Now I have almost no hair on my arms and legs. I have peeling skin that looks like peeling from a sunburn on my legs and arms and right shoulder. It does not itch or hurt and is not red. Do you have any idea what it is?
You might be having a polymorphic light eruptions.Since you have a fair skin it predisposes to it.You need to apply sunscreen regularly having high SPF and effective against both UV A and UVB radiations.A topical mild steroid like fluocinolone can be applied over affected area after consulting your dermatologist.
