What Causes Peeling Of Vagina Skin?

hello, i treated Vaginitis about two weeks ago and it has been resolved. but, the skin around my vagina still peels, i am using clotrimazole cream presently, i started using it a few days back. should i be worried about the skin peeling? i haven t had sex in a month. and is it ok to have sex now?

after a yeast infection, it is not uncommon to have some skin peeling, especially if the infection was particularly bad. you may want to try a gentle moisturizer if it is a big problem. however, if the problem is persistent or severe, you may need to see your doctor to make sure there isn't another skin problem that could be causing this.
