Hello, Your symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea hint at some gastrointestinal infection. The pelvic and hip pain are natural at this stage of the pregnancy as the pelvic joints get lax ahead of delivery in preparation for labor. The back pressure is due to the stress on the abdominal and the back muscles and also the spine due to the enlarging uterus. The pain in the vagina is a transmission through the cervix as the baby descends into the pelvis. Please take adequate rest in left lateral position and eat healthy. Wish you safe motherhood.
