According to your description you underwent a difficult hystrectomy with appendicectomy. Though a large amount of scar tissue was removed during surgery there is possibility of further development of adhesions due to previous surgery and also possible residual endometriotic tissue.
May be that is responsible for your
pelvic discomfort and
dyspareunia.
Some amount of spotting can be seen during early weeks of post
hysterectomy but pink discharge 9 months after hysterectomy should be a concern. The possible causes and development of granulation tissue at the vault,
vaginal infection or dry yeast and also we have to rule out rare possible causes like vault carcinoma. So, please consult your gynecologist once get examined and if needed go for
ultrasound to find out the possible cause of your problem and take treatment accordingly.
Simple vaginal infection can be treated with antibiotics, oestrogen cream will help in treating the dryness and Pap smear from the vault helps in ruling out malignancy.
