Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns . Pelvic infection and semen infection are both sexually acquired and have occurred to both of you from each other. It should be treated effectively by antibiotics, as it can lead to semen abnormalities and difficulty in conceiving. Apart from infection, hormonal disturbances can also lead to infertility, and you should get yourself investigated for these and take appropriate treatment timely. Hope you found the answer helpful.
