What Causes Pelvic Pain In Between Periods, Nausea And Dizziness?

Hi I have been experiencing pelvic pain in between periods accompanied by nausea and dizziness change of bowl habits. Last period which is on now heavy bleeding accompanied by whats already mentioned and body ache and lower abdomen pain on the right I am towards the end but STOL experiencing that I am panicking please help?
