I have been diagnosed with prolapsed uterus and bladder about a year ago. I was asked to do a bladder test. I soon got severly sick and had to put that on the back burner. Later found out it was Lupus. Now get back to the problem. I am having severe pain inside the walls (membranes) of the uteran walls and the entrance. Yes I use cream. What is causing that?
Since you have lupus, you should get clinically examined by a Gynae, get blood tests and ultrasonography and other investigations done to detect endometriosis. Endometriosis can worsen the symptoms of the lupus and hence you are experiencing severe pain. To get relieve from pain and discomfort, you can take ibuprofen, mefenamic acid or NSAIDS.
Take medicines only after clinical evaluation and prescription of your local health care professional. To get relieve, you can take warm baths and heating pads; it will give you relief. Gentle massage with pain relieving ointments will be helpful. Stay away from addictions. Do not smoke, do not use recreational drugs, do not take alcohol. Get treated lupus and endometriosis after you are diagnosed at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
