MRI shows Mild widening of the endometrial canal which appears predominantly cytstic/fluid filled. A small amount of intermediate T2 signal is also noted. These findings may account for the prior pelvic ultrasound findings which demonstrated suggestion of a possible soft tissue lesion such as a polyp versus retained blood products. I had a D and C in July of 2017. 6 months ago I started having pain in my lower pelvic. The pain moves from upper left inside to lower left near my libia. It is quite painful and medication does not help. Have been seeing a PT who has done inside soft tissue work and left hip as my groin area as well as across the pelvic will hurt as well. Could I have formed another polyp or cystic after having the D and C last July 2017 and this is what is causing this pain? I had an X Ray and MRI done of my spine and they seem to be fine. Any suggestions? Thank You

Hi,
Sometimes poly many not come out with simple D&C you may need diagnostic Hysteroscopy to rule out polyp.
Frequent infections will be common, so I think you need to go for this test and before that, you can try with simple antibiotics if needed
