What Causes Penis Inflammation?
i am a 59year old male 1partner; my penis is inflamed and has been for awhile it is though my penis has welded itself to my skin at the bottom of the head;it hurts if i try to have sex.i get gout 2or3 times a year and feel its to do with anti inflametaries

I really appreciate your concern, although underlying cause is matter of concern as long as the inflammation of penis is concern, and it could be some lesion or paraphimosis these needs to be ruled out and needs to be managed and for the inflammation "Tab Ibuprofen 400mg" three can be tried hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
