What Causes Penis Shaft Discoloration With Pain On Retraction And Odorless Discharge?
hai doctor, There is some white coloured thing observed on the penis if i pull the skin back. It is painful also while pulling it back. Whitish discharge is odourless. is it anything related to sexual relationship. what should i do, am really disappointed.. please advise

The yellowish/whitish substance is called smegma. Smegma is a combination of shed skin cells, skin oils, urine, sperm cells and moisture. It occurs in both male and female genital organs.
In females, it collects around the clitoris and in males, smegma can collect under the foreskin. Retract the foreskin and keep the inside clean.
