What Causes Penis Swelling After Intercourse?
My boyfriend and I had sex the other day and after he notice that his penis was swollen a little before the tip of the penis. He didn t know what it was. It started happening like a month ago and we don t know why. We been together for two years and and this just started happening. He gets worried because he thinks something was given to him but I know I m clean.

this is probably due to tight skin at the top of penis so that when he gets erection, the tight penis gets that tight skin around the neck , causing swelling of distal portion. this problem is reduced if condom is used. does he have some infection of penis? If this recurres, he may need surgery
