What Causes Penis To Shrink During The Course Of Erection?
My penis erects perfectly finally but during the erection middle part of the penis erects late, I mean it shrinks as if a ring is placed in the middle and rest of the penis erect perfectly and eventually this unerected part erects finally within a little while and then penis looks normal erected penis. And one more thing my penis used be 5 and half inches but it is now 4 an half inches.

It may be due to phimosis.
