OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to know your age. Also, when do you experience such pain, I mean during periods? or on long standing or change in position? One of the reason could be due to sciatica, which is a neurological pain radiating to back of thighs and butts, it is due to compression of the sciatic nerve. I would advise you to meet an orthopedic once and get examined.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rishma Lakhani, OB & GYN Specialist
