You had your periods and after it stopped, it again re-started causing you discomfort and distress. Your symptoms are indicative of PCOS, cervical polyp, uterine polyp, hormonal disturbances, fibroid, endometriosis. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP / gynecologist.
Get per vaginal check up done so the pap smear and tissue may be taken for biopsy. Get USG done, to detect polyp (cervical / uterine), fibroid, endometriosis, etc. You will be accordingly treated. Take home made nutritious balanced diet rich in iron, magnesium, calcium, other minerals and food rich in protein. Stay away from addictions if any, avoid stress and anxiety.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
