What Causes Period Within 1 Week Of Last Period After Taking MTP Kit?

Hi. I am 25 years old. I m married. but due to some reasons i dnt want to conceive right now. After having sex i got pregnant and i had taken MTP kit. I got my periods. But again after 1 week i got periods again. i wanted to know what is the matter and why i got periods again? Do help me.
