Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your daughter's symptoms.
She needs a detailed cardiac evaluation to exclude a
cardiac arrhythmia 9an abnormality in the heart rhythm). This can be done by doing a holter monitoring of the heart.
The episode of transient
loss of consciousness is called
syncope, due to poor blood flow to brain.
Head up tilt test (HUTT) test would also be useful in excluding a neurocardiogenic syncope.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,
