My son advised me that he suddenly noticed that he didn t seem to have any peripheral vision in his right eye. He then tried to read the label on an ibuprofen bottle and couldn t see the first two letters. He had been playing a video game on the computer for a couple of hours, so I m figuring that it s probably just eye strain from looking at a computer screen. For right now, we have put an eye patch over that eye to give it a little rest. Do you think we need to take him to urgent care, or should we wait to see if the patch (and some rest) will help?
