What Causes Persistant Knee Pain After An Infusion?

I received an injection in my knee four weeks ago for my OA. It still hurts where the needle was pocked and my knee pain is still there. I am not able to sit for more than 5 hours (work requirement is 8), walk for more than a block, and sleep without pain. What should I do/

Hi,

As per your case you seem to be having grade 4 osteoarthritis of knee joint. Night sleep disturbance occurs in the advanced stages of osteoarthritis. Intraarticular injection of visco supplements such as Hyaluronic Acid helps in the early stages of osteoarthritis. If your disease is in advance stage injection will not benefit.
