What Causes Persistent Abdominal Pain?

Hello, I m a 20 year old pretty healthy female, I m having right abdominal pain. My urine is foggy but it isn t painful. It s been hurting all day, as if I haven t used the bathroom in hours but I have. My period was two weeks ago, so I don t think that s it.
