What Causes Persistent Chronic Cough?

I suffer from a chronic cough had been treated for allergies, nasal pharengeal problems, food allergies etc. I am still coughing. My side of the left throat is always tingly, my tongue seems to be like sleep and tingle and I cough all the time. One ENT doctor said that I suffer from stress that causes my cough, another said that I have nasal pharengeal myalgia. My allergies they said is not that bad. I am still coughing. According to the history you should use steroids inhaler if not responsive than we can say cough related to stress.
