What Causes Persistent Cough And Cold?

i have cough and cold for last 10 days which started with hot/cold climate when we come from outside and sit in AC..in between I have mild fever too and it went up to 101 degress cels...as of today I have cough and cold, headach, pain in left chest and mild fever what should I do

Hello

First you may stop sleeping in AC rooms. Then take tablet. paracetamol 650mg thrice a day for five days. Use tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625mg twice a day for five days.

Drink hot water and soups. Use syrp ascoryl two teaspoons thrice a day for five days. If symptoms have not improved, please consult with your ENT specialist or physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
