What Causes Persistent Cough While On Losartan?

I have had a continual cough and continual clearing the throat for 15 months, no change with steroids, antibiotics, antihistamines. Pulmonary and ENT consults have not found anything wrong. I have been on 100mg of losartan for years. Could this be a side efeect of that medication?
