What Causes Persistent Diarrhea And Gurgling In The Abdomen?

I ve been having constant watery diarrhea for the past 3 days going on 4, my stomach gurgles almost all day long,and im serverly bloated I have eaten only crackers and plain white rice and to DRINK water, ginger ale and Gatorade nothing is helping or staying down. Not sure if going to the ER can really do anything unless run tests what could be wrong?

Hello,

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the diarrhea since 3 to 4 days and it is watery then it has to be taken care for dehydration. It could be due to infection and I would suggest to try tab Doxycycline. If it is the severe condition then you will have to see the ER.
