What Causes Persistent Diarrhea And Weight Loss?

Hello doctor I went to India end of November and came back 2nd week of Dec.2015 but since I have come back I have a tummy bug (Constant Diarrea) and a backache.I have had stool, blood and urine test done but nothing was found except from being anemic. NowI am taking Iron tablets as well as my thyroxine tablet a day for a underactive thyroid. It has been over 4 months and I am still suffering. I have had 3 days antibiotic course done as well as had taken Imedium tablets but to date nothing has worked and I am suffering with constant going to loo, lost 7 kg in weight and really fed up with myself.Please advice. Thank you

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of visiting India and coming back in 2nd week of Dec 2016, got constant diarrhea not amenable to 3 courses of antibiotics and Imodium.
Also taking Iron for anemia and thyroxin for under-active thyroid gland.
My thoughts as pr the history you have provided:
Since all the tests of blood and stool are normal and you have already taken antibiotics the obvious reason is wither the Iron tablets and/or thyroxin even though it may not be needed.Reduce the dosages of these medicines may help or even may need stoppage.
Discuss these points with your Doctor and get treated accordingly and you will be fine.
