What Causes Persistent Diarrhea With Tingling In Hands And Feet?

Hi, I started having feelings of being detached from everything, and everyone around me (like a dream state). I start to have a warm feeling go up the back of my head. I cant concentrate or focus. Now I am having diahrea constantly and feel sick to my stomach. I am having tingling in my hands and feet, then it moves through my whole body. I have lost 20 pounds in the last few weeks. I feel like I have a weight on my chest and all these symptoms come and go. I can t work or sleep and I can t function now. Please help.

* As per my case evaluation, chronic diarrhoea with weight loss signifies possible intestine pathology as IBS or else.

* The systemic manifestations of tingling hands and feet can be from severe electrolyte or trace elements deficiency produced by fluid and other loss in the diarrhoea fluid.

* Immediate attention to your PCP is mandatory here for best results but till that time, consume oral rehydration salt to settle the issue. Do continue to use our medical services.
