Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your question. I can understand your problem. I would recommend you to undergo few tests like Hb, Calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, TSH, Free T3 and free T4.
These kind of symptoms can occur due to so many causes. Post menopausal syndrome can occur in which calcium gets lowered and your bones become weak and more fragile and gets fatigue easily. So if i were your doctor, i would surely give you supplements of calcium with vitamin D,iron and vitamin tablets.
Sometimes B12 deficiency can also lead to fatigue and its deficiency is more common in pure vegetarians, so i would recommend you to test your blood for B12 and have more milk and milk products. if level of B12 is low, then you will need to take injections of B12.
Also due to thyroid, this can occur and you had already history in your family, so also check your blood for TSH, FT3 and FT4.
You can come up with all your reports directly to me anytime, so i can guide you further in right direction.
Best wishes and regards.
