What Causes Persistent Headaches And Night Sweats Despite Taking Effexor And Topamax?

My 17 year old daughter was prescribed Effexor three months ago. She is up to150mg of extended release. She is also taking 200mg of Topamax for headaches. She started both meds the same day. She is still experiencing headaches and now also has night terrors and sweats. She was talking to one of the nurses in her therapy program and the nurse wants me to talk to her psychiatrist about taking prazosin for the night terrors. Her next appointment with her psychiatrist is next week and I am trying to find out as much as possible about prazosin.

Hi,

Psychiatric patient may have different symptoms and it goes of changing time to time.

And it is not possible to treat all the symptoms more or less.

It is not the branch that deal with all the symptoms but underlying cause need to be treated so no need to give any drug for night tremors but it has to be investigated for possible cause, of you can talk about with psychiatrist.
