What Causes Persistent Headaches Mainly In Forehead Area?

Hey my name is Christian, I have had a headache for about four days now. It typically starts about 10-20 minutes after I wake up in the morning and is on and off throughout the day. It also is usually mostly in the forhead and behind the right eye, sometimes it switches. Also, haven t had nausea or dizziness with this. Ive just been a little worried recently and I m seeking some answers. Thank you so much, hope to hear soon!

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Judging by the location of your headache one possible reason could be sinus headache. The probability of that is higher if you have other signs like nasal congestion and discharge.
Another possible cause is tension type headache, a primary headache (meaning no cause can be identified) and the most common one often triggered by stress and anxiety.
If there are no such factors and the pain persists or progresses over time perhaps a medical evaluation for other neurological signs which might warrant brain imaging is necessary.

I hope to have been of help.
