I always have headache. Frontal and temporal areasand it s annoying because it is associated with dizziness at times. I have timnitus too and I sometimes have pressure on my Left ear. I had Mri and it shows foci of gliosis. I work in interventional radiology. Is radiation one of the causes of foci of gliosis. I ama migraine sufferer too
The frontal and temporal headaches you are experiencing seem to be related to a chronic daily headache, which is commonly overlapped with migraine.
The foci of gliosis are usually associated to migraine, but we can not exclude a possible radiation vasculitis ( though the doses of radiation are too small in your case).
Tinnitus and the pressure in the left ear may be related to a chronic inner ear infection (though the MRI scan has not reporting anything related to this) or a chronic damage of the vestibulocochlear nerve from radiation.
A consult with an ENT specialist and an audiogram may be helpful in excluding ear causes fo these symptoms.
I recommend you to consult with a neurologist for a careful physical examination. A brain angiography may be necessary to exclude a possible vasculitis related to radiation as the cause of gliosis.
