What Causes Persistent Headaches?

The man is 58 years old.He always felt headache and doubted if it caused by the cerebrovascular.He wants to take some supplements to alleviate the feeling of painful.Could you provide some suggestions about what type of supplement he can take every day?

2)Is headache episodic or persistent?
3)Is it accompanied with nausea?

5)Why does he fear of cerebrovascular event?Any risk factor like old stroke,heart disease,Diabetes,hypertension or smoking?
6)Any history of vision loss,double vision or facial deviation?
