What Causes Persistent Nausea And Fatigue?

Nausea at all times of day. No motivation, no energy. Headaches that occur directly behind the eyes. Pain in sides and in the middle of the stomach. Aches throughout the entire body mostly in the legs and arms. Have taken a pregnancy test so that crosses that off the list.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Nausea and fatigue may be due to viral Fever or anemia or hypothyroidism or electrolyte imbalance etc. Major depression or restless leg syndrome or sleep apnea or chronic fatigue syndrome etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Levocarnitine twice a day for five days. check for hemoglobin and thyroid status. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
