What Causes Persistent Nausea, Dizziness And Weakness?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...
Hi, my nine years old daughter has had persistent nausea for the past 6 weeks, she feels dizzy and weak. When she sees food she feels like throwing up.
We went to the doctor and they took blood work and everything is ok. She is taking ZANTAC for the past 3 weeks and she still feels the same. Can we get some advice please. Thank you Marcus Dad
Hi...please do not neglect this condition. I feel that an intracranial cause like a cerebellitis or a tumour has to be ruled out. This will not be found out in the routine blood work up. I suggest you seek the help of a neurologist and get her thoroughly evaluated. I am telling this keeping in mind her age and these symptoms are unusual. Regards - DR. Sumanth
