What Causes Persistent Nausea During Pregnancy?

I have constant nausea and im 8 weeks pregnant. This is my 4th pregnancy and its never been this bad before. I sometimes have to force myself to vomit because it just sits in my chest and i just belch every 2 seconds. Tonight i puked up black goop. what does this mean?

I understand your concern.
There is a term called Hyperemesis Gravidarum. It means excessive nausea and vomiting during early month of pregnancy. It can sometimes be so severe that the patient becomes dehydrated, vomits blood and suffers ketosis and becomes toxic. It is an emergency and has to be treated aggressively.
From your symptoms, it may be such a case but also previous stomach ulcer, varices, liver disease etc can cause blood vomit also.
I would suggest you to consult your gynecologist. He/she will be able to diagnose it and treat it accordingly.
