Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Tehzib Saiyed's Response
Dear Sir/ madam,
Thank you for posting your query at healthcaremagic.com
I would advice you to get an x-ray for better understanding. With hot water fermentation you can do gentle massage around that area which will increase blood circulation. This will accelerate the healing process.
Anti inflammatory will reduce the pain. Once the pain comes down try to do gentle stretch.
Also after the pain subside it is very important to maintain healthy life style by doing swimming or yoga for well being.
Still,if the pain is does not down and let orthopeadic doctor see you who would prescribe you anti inflammatory and also ask you to get x-ray done.
Hope I have answered your query, please revert back to me if you have any further question.
You thank you will be very much appreciated.
With best wishes Tehzib Saiyed(PT)
