What Causes Persistent Pain On Lower Left Side Of The Stomach?
I ve been having problems with my stomach for several years, i can feel something moving inside, causes bad pains, if I m having sex it feels like my stomach has a tight knot and hurts bad and sometimes cause me to bleed after sex, i constantly have sharp pains on the lower left side of my stomach and my stomach has now started swelling like I m pregnant but I m in so much pain. Can someone please tell me what s causing this? I m tired of hearing its normal when i know it s not!
Hello,k I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Your symptoms definitely are not seen in the normal situation. A complete clinical evaluation and a sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route to know the status of the pelvic organs is needed. A speculum exam will be able to detect any polyps of the cervix, erosions and infection. Pap smear and cervical and vaginal swabs are needed. If you do not have regular menstrual pattern, hormone assay is needed. Persistent pain with cyclical exacerbation can be due to adhesions, to endometriosis or cysts of the ovary. Please see a specialist for further management. Hope this helps.
