Hello! I read your question and understood your concern. In my opinion the troubles you have may be caused by a sinusitis. The increased bone in your right nostril is a predisposing factor for recurrent sinusitis, because it can block the drainage of the head sinuses into the nasal cavity. So I would recommend you to consult with the ENT specialist, have a blood routine analysis for inflammation. A sinus Xray or CT scan and a sinus discharge culture would be necessary to establish the cause. Hope to have been of help! Greetings! Dr. Aida
