what does it mean if i get a pain in my right hand starting from my pinky and ring finger down to my wrist and middle portion of my forearm, following by my vein sinking in visiably and then after a few moments of pain it starts again then the vein pops back up, and it continues doing this for a few hours, its been happening for months and im not sure if i should be concerned or what?
