Hi so for the past week I have been getting really bad pains right where my right rib cage is and it occurs often and especially in certain ways I turn my body. Every time I try to take a deep breath, cough, sneeze, or yawn it feels like my bones are gonna pop out and it hurts so bad so I stop myself from those things. I can t even find a comfortable way to lay down to sleep. What should I do?
