What Causes Persistent Stomach Ache?

i am a 13 year old girl, about 5 foot 4, i have been getting really bad stomach aches in the morning for about half an hour.. after the half hour it will stop for an hour then come back for another half an hour, its been happening for about 3 weeks now and i dont know what it is

I really appreciate your concern, I have gone through the symptoms given here and I can say that it could be colicky abdomen pain, looking to your age it could be due to hormonal changes, you can try Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen as per needed, if the symptoms persist then it may needs Ultrasonography for proper diagnosis reasons for the abdominal pain are several and that's all needed proper clinical examination and tests hope this information helps.
