What Causes Persistent Stomach Pain And Pale Bowel Movement?
My 7 year old has been experiencing stomach aches for the last couple months moderate to mild pain level. saw a dr. said it was likely stress related. then in the last two weeks we have had 3 separate occasions were she has had stomach flu like symptoms. yesterday she had a white B.M and today she seems after normal activitiy playing with her friends she is again complaining of stomach ache not wanting to eat or drink and sleeping

it may be due to acidity, stress, or some intestinal infections like giardiasis, amebiasis.if pain is on the sides of abdomen, it may be due to stones also
