What Causes Persistent Vomiting In An Infant?

My 5 month old has 37.5 deg C, had vomited last night, but since then she didn t vomit. Had appetite , ate 4xtoday. What concerns me are very visible veins between temporal and frontal lives on both sides. I have given her rectal suppositories, acetaminophen 80mg and it seems to be helping with fever, but from appearance doesn t change. Is it common to see veins like this?
